I'll start off with a big hi, my name is Kim!! haha
So, on to the 'possible items to include' with I'm almost 20, and holdin' it down in and around everywhere in Metro Phoenix, Arizona.
Um, so fitness level. Well, I was very involved with the Air Force ROTC detachment at ASU, up until some, we'll say, extenuating circumstances arose this past summer/fall. So, needless to say I am no longer participating with them.
You could say that we had "Fun Runs" but were disguised as "Warrior Runs" which sucked. I mean, they were challenging, and made you work, but as with any military running, it sucks. Haha. But my personal fitness has kinda fallen off for many reasons....
I kinda fell off the running train, and need to get back in the groove, and shed some weight in the process.
I'd really like to complete my 6 miles on my 20th birthday, which is on the 6th of June. Not to say that I wouldn't like to complete this before then, but I have to be realistic because I'm a full time student at ASU, hold down a part time job, and try to have a love life. haha.
I mainly have motivation issues I guess, and well, hopefully knowing I'm not going alone will help me get off my bum!
I've also (part of a personal project for me that was made earlier in the year) decided that I will run the P.F. Changs Half Marathon next January. So I'll be halfway to the distance with this!
Um, so that's all I got! :) I'm way happy to be here, and am excited to hopefully motivate others!
