Three miles up, Three miles down
tentative walking schedule

I put together a tentative walking schedule for my 6-mile goal, and I realized that, if I continue training after that, I could feasibly hit a half-marathon before my 31st birthday in the fall. 

I would start with four weeks after my vacation to build to 3 miles, then seven more weeks to build to 6, ending at that goal on or around June 21.

Anyone is free to copy my schedule (which I based on the links from halhigdon.com) or modify to fit your own needs.  And if you want to pace along with me, the more the merrier ^_^ 

ETA it looks like Abra will pace with me, but June 21 is no good for her, so we'll do the week before or after.  Also, I signed up for a local 5K walk on May 3 ^_^
